* Babysitting service available at US$7/hour up until 7pm and US$9/hour after 7pm.

Check-In : 14.00 PM
Check-Out : 12.00 PM
- Late check out until 18.00PM will be charge half from one night rate and if it is later then 18:00PM will be charge full one night villa rate
- Late check-out is subject the villa update availability.
High & Peak Season Periods:
Low season: January 11 – June 30, September 17 – December 14, except Easter week
High season: July 01 – September 16, Easter Week.
Peak season: December 15 - January 10
Minimum rental period:
- Low Season: 3 nights
- High Season: 7 nights
- Peak Season: 7 nights
Booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has ben sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any Cancellations received within 14 days of guest’s arrival in peak season and high season within 21 days in low and will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation cost
- Any Cancellations received within 45 days of guest’s arrival in peak season and high season within 30 days in low season will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% accommodation cost
- No show will be charged 100% cancellation fee
- Final payments are non-refundable.
