Our one-bedroom villa can be reserved as part of The Cliff Villa or reserved separately. The Villa features a plunge pool in natural stone, a large outdoor deck and a dining and relazation bale. The Villa is equipped with state of the art entertainment systems and offers an uninterrupted stunning view of Indian Ocean. The total size of The Villa is 800 sqm.

The Mood (2 Bedrooms)
The Mood is our two-bedroom villa featuring a large living room with the latest technology entertainment system, an elegant dining room, a plunge pool in natural stone, a bale, and a deck. The view of Indian Ocean and the surrounding Gamal forest represent the harmony of life. The Mood’s size is 1,500 square metres total.

The Cliff (3 Bedrooms)
A luxurious villa consisting of three bedrooms (including The Villa) with a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. The Cliff also features an exclusive dining area with ocean view, a pool in natural stone, and a Library. The Cliff is 1,400 square metres total.

The View (5 Bedrooms)
Our largest and most luxurious villa located in the centre of The edge. Featuring five bedrooms overlooking to the Indian Ocean, a private dining room, two private pools in natural stone and two bales. The View is equipped with the latest technology entertainment system including Apple TV. The View’s five bedrooms are complimented with a private media room, a childrens activity room, living rooms, a vast tropical garden and an outdoor deck. Complete with wine cellar, cigar lounge, children’s play room, and private home cinema with 8 movie theatre style chairs and a big screen. The View is 3,500 square metres total in size.

The Exclusive (10 Bedrooms)

Our entire Butler team are “Magnum Butler Training” certified . Our Service is a 24 hour dedicated butler service offering the complete Butler services such as packing, unpacking, preparing and serving all meals, arranging transfers, tours, events and performances upon request and run a fully integrated concierge service. Because of the private nature of The edge our butlers are discreet and respect the privacy of each of our guests.

Cancellations
- A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each villa cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival.
- A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each villa cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
- For all groups and group series, an independent cancellation policy will apply to each group contract dependent on seasonality.

No-Shows
High Season : A no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total villa nights will be charged for each villa

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.

Villa Casanena consist of 5 bedrooms, Villa Casanena is a serene and beautiful villa, with spectacular views over the water and set in lush green grounds. The Villa is situated in a quiet location in Bali, away from the tourist crowds but within easy reach of markets, galleries and restaurants. This is the perfect place to enjoy some luxury and experience the best of Balinese life and sense of beauty. The Villa’s staff, including the cook, housekeepers, security officers and gardeners will ensure your stay is worry free and comfortable.

The villa consists of three buildings, combining traditional Balinese features with modern comfort. It is a combination of polished wood, comfortable, stylish furnishing and beautiful fabrics. All is designed around open plan areas with carved and traditional artifacts scattered around welcoming terraces and cool, green gardens.

The main house  has several living zones, with wonderful, cushioned lounges for relaxation and an impressive dining room with a table which can seat ten people easily, as well as an outdoor, covered dining area. The living and dining areas are nestled into lush grounds and gardens, peppered with examples of local arts and crafts, close to a lotus pond and overlooking the expansive swimming pool and the Indian Ocean. Large ceiling fans guarantee permanent ventilation in the living areas, while you laze on the terraces or verandahs or by the pool.

The pool will attract you for exercise and for maximum visual appeal and enjoyment, being designed to accommodate children in a linked and purpose built children’s pool. There is a huge living area within the main house with space to enjoy television, including satellite receiver to enjoy over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels.

Villa Casa Nena Rooms

The Bedrooms
There are five fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own fully equipped bathrooms, showers and toilets, wardrobes and private terraces with ocean views or under-cover garden areas.  They are furnished with billowing white fabrics and local, luxuriously woven materials.

In the main house, the upper floor consists of a king size bedroom, with its own wardrobes and fully equipped bathroom, consisting of a bath made for relaxing in scented waters, a shower and toilet. This room has its own private terrace of polished wood, with views over the ocean. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor – with king size beds. These, too, have their own private walk in wardrobes and bathrooms and beautiful views into the gardens.

Then there are two fully equipped separate and private pavilions  set in the gardens. In each there is a king sized bed, wardrobe and, again, each has its own bathroom. One has an upper level terrace with views across the ocean and the other has its own private, covered verandah and discreet garden space.
