Villa Waringin redefines the meaning of luxury Balinese beachfront villa. Spacious, truly spacious, utterly private, beautifully furnished and finished – and the Indian Ocean is at the bottom of a lovely lush palm-fringed tropical garden. Villa Waringin is one of five villas in the exclusive Pantai Lima Estate, but the property is not vast and privacy so assured that guest are blissfully unaware of their neighbors.

Situated at Pererenan, a secluded strip of beach on the west coast between the fashionable expat enclave the Canggu and the spiritually important Hindu temple of Tanah Lot, Villa Waringin is the epitome of peace, yet the excitement of Seminyak with its shops, restaurants and night life is barely 25 minutes away by car. The world-famous golf course at Tanah Lot is a 15 minute drive.

Bedrooms

Villa Waringin has six air-conditioned double bedrooms with king-, queen- and prince-sized beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub as well as shower. Three of six bedrooms have ocean views.

Living & Dining Room
The main living cum dining room is a spacious 140 square metres. It’s fully air-conditioned, but by opening its French doors, you may throw it open to the sea breeze.

Entertainment
Each bedroom has its own 37 inch LCD television screen with satellite TV programming, DVD and Bose sound system. There’s an iPod dock which is connected to speakers throughout the villa and the garden. There’s a substantial media room with a High Definition movie projection system, plus a library of the latest films on dvd. There’s a tennis court with all-weather surface and night-lighting that’s yours to enjoy. A selection of fitness equipment is also available should you want something more strenuous than long beach walks to keep in shape.

- Beach front villa, between rice fields and sea, located north of Canggu, direct access.

- Bedrooms: 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 with king-sized beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom, with bathtub as well as outdoor shower. Walk-in closet.

- The two main rooms have a 42 inch LCD television, the 4 other rooms have a 37 inch LCD television. All the rooms have satellite programming, DVD player and Bose sound system. Three bedrooms have full sea views, two have large terraces.

- Living/dining room of 75 square meter and a terrace of 50 square meters will full sea view: The living room is equipped with a home theatre system.

- Media room with leather sofa, a second home theatre system, books.

- Spa and massage room.

- Internet: There is unlimited centralised WiFi broadband internet throughout the estate.

- Swimming Pools: 20 x 5m.

- Outdoor heated Jacuzzi is designed for the enjoyment of up to six adults.

- Two Bales: in the garden and on the seaside.

- Roof: Alang alang (Balinese thatch.)

- Water supply: Water is sourced from a deep well, filtered and UV-treated to bring it to drinking quality. Booster pumps maintain water pressure throughout the estate.

- Electricity: 33 KVA from the Indonesian government power company PLN. There is a back-up 200 – KVA generator serving the estate as a whole.

- Car parks: Two covered car parks.

- Food and Drink: A team of three chefs. All food, wines, beers and spirits are charged at cost, with the exception of cellared fine wines.

- Common facilities: Tennis court with night lighting; 250 square metres seminar room.
